  • Full west deck provides great ocean views, picnic table, deck table with benches which converts into a firepit when the table top is removed. Large grassy yard, nicely landscaped.
  • Plenty of parking for your group in the garage and/or the large driveway.
  • Even a picture taken on a wintery day with a bit more rock on Arch Cape beach than we have most of the year, it's a beautiful sight!
  • Beautifully landscaped yard provides a nice grassy area on the east side yard as well as the west + flowering shrubs and trees that are lovely in the Spring and Summer.
  • This photo was taken from the edge of the west yard at Pilot House. Notice the spotlight perched at the edge of the yard, providing a night time view of the ocean and beach below.
  • Plenty of room for 8 guests to gather around this lovely dining room table to share your meals while enjoying the great ocean views.
  • You'll love the comfort of the overstuffed sectional sofa & chair, encompassed in cozy knotty pine interior.
  • Another living room view including the game table, CD stereo system, and glimpse of Master bedroom entry door.
  • The cooks in your group will enjoy the ocean views from this well equipped kitchen, fully supplied with many "home away from home" conveniences. Lovely stoneware dishes, great cutlery & cookware provided.
  • Beautifully refinished floors are just one of the lovely features of Pilot House.
  • Nice family room provides a Queen futon to sleep two, off the 2nd Queen bedroom & Bunkroom.
  • The Family Room serves as the TV room too, complete with built in DVD.
  • Master bedroom off Living room & Master bath has a comfortable Queen bed and private entrance to the bathroom.
  • This Master bathroom is located just off the living room & Master bedroom and has a deep soaking tub in which to enjoy a relaxing soak after a long beach walk. Also a great place to bath the little ones!
  • Located just off the Family room, another Queen bedroom with an accordian door for privacy.
  • Twin bunkbeds are just off the family room with an accordian door for privacy.
  • This beautifully tiled shower with glass door has a rain shower head for an exhilarating shower experience.
  • The garage not only provides space for a vehicle, but lot's of outdoor beach toys, even a few bicycles that you're welcome to use. (Please just rinse off the sand if you take them on the beach).

Curl up with a good book near the cozy woodstove fireplace, on the new sectional sofa or comfortable easy chair. Play table games while enjoying the ocean vistas. Sleeping area...2 bedrooms each with 1 Queen bed, 1 set of Twin bunk beds in 3rd bedroom and new Queen futon sofa in family room (off back bedrooms) provides a 4th sleeping room. Color/cable TV/VCR & DVD is located in the family room rather than the living room. Additional features...Wonderful solitude in this quiet Arch Cape neighborhood. Living room quietly seperated from Family room where TV is located. . .perfect if the kids want to watch a movie and adults want to visit. Just a short block walk to the beach. Spacious ocean front deck with fire pit and benches. . .great for roasting hot dogs or marshmallows! Gas grill BBQ also provided for your enjoyment.

    Rental staff and the house was overall perfect. It's just very close to both sides neigbors so privacy is limited and as there was renovation on the left sides property, construction workers were working and carrying stuff basically 3 ft from where we were sunbathing for several days.

    What a cozy house, inside and out. We loved that it wasn't overcrowded with furniture and had a very contemporary character. The furniture was comfortable and the house was very clean. Whoa! what a shower with a rock floor. This house is amazing! Great back patio with fire pit and a small yard whose edge meets the sea. Loved the large windows and great view of waves, sunsets, and rainbows.

    Overall, a very nice and clean house. Location is spectacular. My only criticism is lack of true high speed internet access and another cable hookup (in the living room). We had bad weather for 3 of the 7 days and having a separate TV from the family room would have been helpful, but this is clearly a minor criticism. I would stay at this house again!!
