  • Partial view of living room & dining area, you'll love the light airy feel of high vaulted ceilings and all encompassing windows w/fabric pleated shades to bring in lot's of light during the day and nice privacy at night.
  • Brand new kitchen includes all new appliances, cookware, dishware. Fridge/freezer w/ice-maker, dishwasher, marble countertops, lot's of cupboard space too.
  • Another kitchen view from living room.
  • Brand new Queen bed & cozy down comforter for a good night's sleep.
  • Master Queen bedroom has half bath for added convenience.
  • Comfortable new Queen bed w/cozy linens will provide a good night's sleep. All three bedrooms have screened slider windows so you can enjoy the sounds of the surf as it lulls you to sleep.

Just a short stroll 1 block to an easy beach access. Beach combing, sunbathing on a full SW deck w/ private lattice fence, patio table, deck chairs and BBQ. Relax to the peaceful tranquility of the ocean breezes, take a long walk on the secluded shore, or ride your bike along the quiet streets of Arch Cape. Curl up with a good book near the cozy fireplace or prepare your favorite meals in the sunny, well equipped (all new appliances) kitchen. Living/dining & kitchen are one great-room surrounded with large view windows and a warm interior design. Flat screen TV/DVD in living room. Master Queen bedroom has 1/2 bath, 2nd bedroom w/Queen and 3rd bedroom w/ 2 Single beds. Main hallway bathroom has large glass-doored shower & stackable washer/dryer. Due to this lovely home being "For Sale" bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance of current ongoing date, to assure your booking will be honored. This home will not be shown by a realtor during a guest's stay; only during vacancies.

    This property was a great gem to find in the big sea of Oregon vacation rentals. The home was recently redone with a great eye for architectural detail. The large amount of windows provide great light in the living room/kitchen/dining room. Access to the
    beach is easy. Why bother with the hoards of tourists at Cannon Beach when you can be just 5 miles south enjoying your own beach.

    I was almost giddy when I saw the inside of the cottage. The decor was so cute and the cottage itself was lovely! The bed in the master was really comfortable and the cottage really had more than what you needed in order to be comfortable. The location was great; 5 min walk to the beach and a 5 min drive to Cannon Beach. We loved the fireplace... didnt know those existed anymore!! Thanks for sharing your place with us! :)

      Perhaps these guests used a different beach access, but the beach access we recommend is just a 1 block south on Pacific and Shark Creek Lane, so typically takes just a minute or two to walk to the beach.

    The light of this house is quite amazing with walls of windows looking out towards the ocean in the distance. Even though it's not right on the ocean, there is a nice feel to this house that is relaxing. And the decor is terrific. The beds are comfortable and it's very quiet overall. Perfect for a stormy weekend at the Oregon Coast.

    This is a cute house located close to the beach (watch out for the rocks you have to cross to get to the beach). I liked that this house is away from the hussle and bussle of Cannon Beach, but close enough to run into town if you want to.

    We loved staying at the Gleason. The cottage is lovely and spacious (family of 5). 2 minute walk to the beach -long sandy stretch good for long walks or short runs. Some of the cookware needs updating/replacing and bedroom storage areas could be improved upon. Can hear traffic from highway at night if windows are open. We plan to return.
