into unique ocean and forest surroundings. The perfect place for one or two couples or a family of up to six, to enjoy Oregon’s beautiful Arcadia Beach. This 2300 sq.ft home is surrounded by 1500 sq.ft. of view decks, including an “eagle’s nest” deck on top
with 180 degree views of Haystack Rock and Tillamook Head on the north to Castle Rock and Arch Cape on the south. Child-proofing challenges make this a home for mature children 12 & older. Its 2010 renovation/addition preserves an existing traditional beach
cabin and adds luxury in a light-filled, imaginative, yet homey design at the end of a very quiet street with no close neighbors, overlooking the beach. Enjoy its gorgeous light woodwork, hardwood floors, tasteful and artful decoration, and maple cabinetry
throughout. Chat in the family room comforted by gas fireplace flames you summon at the flip of a switch—no chopping or fire starting here. Enjoy the company of the others in your party and the individual privacy afforded by the lower floor’s separate entries,
bedroom, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, full size sofa bed and single bed sleeper chair. Upstairs, unwind in the jetted whirlpool tub and listen to Pandora Internet radio or an I-POD cradle. Let your spirit feast on gorgeous views from every room, while standing outside
at the Weber gas BBQ, or while reading on the 6’ padded bench in the yard under a massive spruce tree overlooking the ocean. Or walk just a couple minutes down (a moderately steep path) to the always-sandy beach to visit Hug Point tidal pools and dramatic
sea cliffs, and perhaps spot the local bald eagles or a visiting deer. It’s only four miles from the center of the Cannon Beach shops by car, but that’s far enough that you’ll have the beach mostly to yourself. An Ocean Joy you will always remember fondly.
Charges include $160 cln fee & $45 damage insurance (which covers up to $1500 of possible accidental damage during your stay, through Travel Guard).
