French doors lead off the living room onto a full NW deck and out to a beautifully landscaped, grassy yard with an amazing park-like setting and a roaring water fall over a wall of rocks to the ocean-fed creek below. There's even a darling little "false-front" cottage at the back of the property to portray a "Cottage in the woods"; an artistic storybook setting to behold! The owners have provided a nice croquette set for your group to enjoy a yard game of croquette. You'll find a conveniently located outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand out back as well. A charcoal grill BBQ is provided for those who enjoy summer barbeques so bring your briquettes! Another wonderful feature of this home is the location of the easy beach just across the path to the ocean front side of the street. With nothing built directly in front of this home, you'll feel as though you're nearly OCEAN FRONT! Taking less than a minute to reach the beach, you'll find yourself "Beachcombing" the wonderful treasures to behold of our more secluded and quiet Arch Cape beach.
