  For the second consecutive year our family stayed at the Beemer for a week in September. It's large enough to accommodate our 4 kids, with the older two staying in the separate quarters off the garage and the younger two with us in the house. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the house itself is comfortable and clean. After trying a few houses in Arch Cape we've decided that the Beemer is the one that fits just right for us.

  WOW! What a view!

  We have visited this property twice and I still can't get over the view! The only thing I could possibly recommend is a newer BBQ grill. The one they have is kind of scary.

  Right on the beach, cozy home, plenty of beds. The house was a very good fit for our family of 6. Arch Cape Grocery is very close by and they bake excellent scones, muffins and cinnamon rolls.

  Perfect Beach Front Setting

  The "Beemer" has a wonderful semi-private location, other then a seldom used neighboorhood beach access trail at the far end of the lot. The yard's foliage gives the back and side yard a very cozy feel. Perhaps a couple of floor fans would have been nice for the first two hot days during our stay.
