The Cove Beach Lodge has a killer view from every room. Top quality construction was used throughout. The home has every amenity you can imagine (even things like a salad spinner or crab crackers). The beach is virtually private. The great room is perfect for a large group (we had 8 adults and 3 kids). Lots of room in the kitchen for multiple cooks to cook and socialize at once. We are going back!

We had challenges with bathroom outlets, not a good thing for a group of 10 women who use hair dryers. When the ice maker failed the property manager brought bags of ice to us.I live in Langley, Washington not Oregon.

This year was our 4th annual family trip to the Oregon Coast and our 2nd time staying at the Cove Beach Lodge. After staying last year we were hooked! The home is absolutely stunning. With a great layout, fabulous kitchen, plenty of room, privacy, large yard, fire pit and of course the million dollar view - you just can't beat it! Our personal thanks to the owners for making such a beautiful treasure available for others to enjoy. We will be returning . . . again, and again, and again.
Our four family groups have been gathering together every Mother's Day weekend since our children (now all graduating from high school) have been very small. Each year we've worked to find a special place for us to gather and celebrate our friendship and our families. This year is extra special as our seniors are all graduating from different high schools. The setting and warmth of Cove Beach Lodge made this weekend one we will never forget. This is the fifth year that four generations of our family have enjoyed getting together at the lodge. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms and two levels it is ideal for us. We intend to continue renting it for many more years.
The house is VERY well furnished, has wonderful views, and is complete in every way. The only thing we had a little trouble with was the thermostat (too warm, no matter what adjustments we made!), and the toaster was slow to work - maybe on its last legs? Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, and we appreciated all the art and decorative touches in this large and lovely home. Every amenity is provided, and the home is very clean and well cared for.Thanks for a great stay!
We love the Cove Beach Lodge and this was our second stay there. It's a great place for a reunion because the living room accomodated all 14 of us as did the kitchen with our many cooks. The large deck is wonderful for those who can no longer get down to the beach (my 83 yr old dad). The rocks are hard to cross to get down to the beach however and could be dangerous- probably has something to do with the tides. Last time we enjoyed the tide pools - this time we couldn't get down to them. But seeing many elk and wildlife made up for it. Very quiet and wonderful!
