Lovely spot, and a great property. We had hoped for a little more followup, but thought the manager was, otherwise, great.
I was almost giddy when I saw the inside of the cottage. The decor was so cute and the cottage itself was lovely! The bed in the master was really comfortable and the cottage really had more than what you needed in order to be comfortable. The location was great; 5 min walk to the beach and a 5 min drive to Cannon Beach. We loved the fireplace... didnt know those existed anymore!! Thanks for sharing your place with us! :)
We all had a great time & loved the house...just a block from the beach. The beautiful sunny weather helped us enjoy the weekend certainly. Great property. A little small for 3 couples...better for two couples. But we'd all stay again!
Great House!
We loved staying at the Gleason. The cottage is lovely and spacious (family of 5). 2 minute walk to the beach -long sandy stretch good for long walks or short runs. Some of the cookware needs updating/replacing and bedroom storage areas could be improved upon. Can hear traffic from highway at night if windows are open. We plan to return.

The Gleason cottage has become a second home for our family. We have now stayed there three times and compare all other locales and accomodations to it. It is the perfect family vacation home! We will certainly be back!!!
Propane tanks were near empty. Kitchen could use some hot pads for cooking.
Cozy cottage is close to the approach for easy beach access. Nice deck to enjoy the partial view. You get used to the highway noise. King and queen beds are comfortable. Twin beds in backroom are toddler mattress size so don't count on them for adults. Cottage and adjacent lot are currently for sale but it was not a problem for staying there. Arch Cape beach is great fun. Nice touches from property management including book of local interest. Nice and clean.
The location to the beach was very easy to access. The kitchen could have used a few more utensils a simple fix. We loved the furniture because it was room for us all the sit by the fire, read or watch a movie. The girls loved their room with a sink for getting ready for bed at night. It was nice having the big desck the dog stayed outside most of the time on the deck. Thank you for sharing your home with us we had a wonderful 7 days swimming, hiking, eating and enjoying the beautiful beach
The light of this house is quite amazing with walls of windows looking out towards the ocean in the distance. Even though it's not right on the ocean, there is a nice feel to this house that is relaxing. And the decor is terrific. The beds are comfortable and it's very quiet overall. Perfect for a stormy weekend at the Oregon Coast.
This is a cute house located close to the beach (watch out for the rocks you have to cross to get to the beach). I liked that this house is away from the hussle and bussle of Cannon Beach, but close enough to run into town if you want to.
what a great beach house. we especially loved the open living room/dining room/kitchen space - wonderful for entertaining! the windows really let the light in, so even on dark, stormy days the house was filled with light.
