  I have been going to Arch Cape for vacations virtually all of my life. My husband and I live in Massachusetts and for our annual visit to Oregon, I decided to rent a place at Arch Cape for my family to come visit us during our stay in Oregon. The house is really great. The views of Castle Rock from the house are really gorgeous and the beach access is very convenient. The only issue I could see anyone having with this house would be the loft above the kitchen and living room. It is a magnet for little kids and I would be nervous with kids smaller than four years old going up and down the ladder to the loft (my nieces and nephews are all between the ages of 6-8 and they could not get enough of the loft).
  
  Overall the place was really wonderful. A great place for the entire family. Oh and the bathrooms are really beautiful!

  The only thing that was really a problem was when you would take a shower the hot water wouldn't last more then 5 mins, so that made it hard with 6 people to take showers... other then that it was great and i would go again :)

  Front door sticks and is difficult to open. This was only a problem the first time when
  we thought the key or lock may not be working properly. Then of course there was the oven problem which Debbie resolved with one phone call. I was a little confused about the trash, I thought I need to move the container to a specific area in the street.
  As it turned out the container was fine where it was, sitting next to the driveway entrance. The down stairs shower controls took a little figuring out. But other than those everything was splendid. Thanks again.-William Delaney
